User Studio collaborated with the 27th Region, France's public innovation lab, and the FING, France's leading IT think tank, to explore ways in which web 2.0 tools (social networks, citizen blogs, etc.) could help develop the local communities of four of the suburban towns surrounding Bordeaux, in Soutwestern France.
